Need advice on my goal weight

I'm a 37 year-old mom of 3, 5'2, currently weighing 135 lbs. I feel good about my progress... I've been strength training pretty hard and have actually gained muscle (I know it's not just less fat making the muscles more visible because I can't fit my broader shoulders into my fitted jackets anymore, lol) and lost weight (about 12 lbs in 2 months). My question is about setting my target weight. I have it set at 125, simply because that was the weight I maintained naturally with an active lifestyle without dieting and before I had babies and got older. Is that weight unreasonable now, considering my age, muscle mass gain, etc? I want to lose as much fat as I can reasonably maintain (with the full understanding that I will have to track my exercise and intake permanently). I know target weight is in part a question of personal preference, but I guess I'm wondering if my old weight (from my mid-twenties) sounds too hard to achieve and maintain for a woman hoping to look and feel fit approaching 40. Any advice?

    I figure my target weight is when I like how I look, and it's not too obnoxious to maintain that weight. I will never be 140 lbs (5'9"), but if I can look awesome and maintain at 165, or 160, or 155, I'll settle in there. I won't know until I get there.

    I agree that it is hard to say until you get there. I am 44 and not sure where I am going to end up. I was shooting for 145(I am 5'6"), but now that I am almost there, I might go lower. For me, I am not looking for an ideal body, I just want to be healthy and feel comfortable without having to kill myself to stay there.

    Lose 5 pounds and re-evaluate at 130.

    That's my current plan. I'm not sure where I want to be, either. I was muscles and not skinny-ness.

    Meh. I have an arbitrary range of 130-140 at 5'4 and 33 yo.
    But my goal weight will be when I dont grimace at myself getting undressed.

    ..............and there's this dress.
