Hey guys so I started my weight loss journey a year ago, I got a trainer for the first three months of signing up for a gym. The first time since high school I had worked out (I'm 20 right now). I eventually got pissed off at the trainer because he began to say we've lost more than we have on his papers and my friend and I both knew we haven't lost as much. We did get leaner and I had a flatter tummy and I didn't tire as easily. With the trainer I went down to 236, I started with 240. Not too shabby but it wasn't enough for me. After that I went to the gym without a trainer and I went back up to 240. And ever since then I've been on and off with working out and eating healthy. I am wondering if you guys can help me with some tips on staying consistent or any kind/judgmental words to help me back on track? Or something you guys do to get back in the grind? Feel free to add me as a friend I would love to see your journey as well!!
Thanks and good luck on your journey!

Good luck in your healthy journey1 -
Sounds like the trainer helped you be consistent and get results. Maybe consider a different trainer since you didn't like the previous one? Trainers can say some unfortunate things and maybe you need to overlook them if you are otherwise getting results.1
