What are the best foods, exercises, suggestions to lose belly fat?

There are no foods or exercises that will target belly fat, no matter what the hucksters selling some supplement or program want you to believe.
The only thing (outside of surgery) is to keep losing fat all over.3 -
Unfortunately, despite the claims made by people trying to separate you from your money, there's nothing you can do to target fat in a specific area on your body, including your belly. Fat doesn't turn into muscle so doing things like crunches are a waste of effort if fat loss in that area is your only goal.
Each of us stores most of our extra fat according to our genetic code. Some store most of it in their belly area and some in their hips and thighs. That area is always going to be the last to lose fat. The only thing you can do is to continue to lose fat through a calorie deficit and your belly fat will eventually disappear along with the rest of it.3 -
Make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, and eating in a deficit. Working out will help, but unfortunately you can't target specific areas for fat loss.0
