lazy runner needs motivation!!

Hello everyone!! I am a 20 year old former college track and field runner. I just had my first child gained 25lbs and lost 20 after, slowly but surely working on getting back into working out and being in shape!
My goal is to maintain my weight while losing body fat and gaining muscle. I love to lift and run but have trouble eating the right amounts

Let's motivate each other to reach our goals, add me!!!

    Life can sneak up on all of us! I've put on some weight since I've been out of the police academy from job stress, the site is a great way to keep tabs on eating and have people to help keep you in check!

    I'm always looking for friends that run. I only started running about a year ago but it's helped me lose over 125 lbs and now I run everyday because it makes me feel good and an it's an awesome stress reliever. Feel free to add me.
