2010 I started losing weight due to not being able to get pregnant. My heaviest weight was 276lbs. By Aug 2011 I lost a total of 104lbs. I was sticking to a 1200 calorie diet with high protein and working out 5days a week. I drank a gallon of water every day and the weight literally fell off. So September 2011 I found out I was pregnant, yay!! I only gained 28lbs with my pregnancy, which was great because when I got I pregnant I hadn't reached my goal yet which was 140lbs. After I gave birth I lost the 28lbs quick. I got put on birth control (implanon) which was the worst thing I could've ever done plus I was put on Zoloft which is also a weight gainer.. So now here I sit at 230lbs and off all medication so I can lose this freakin weight. I've been hard at it for 2wks now and haven't lost a lb.. I'm doing everything exactly the same as before and nothing.. someone please help me figure this out.. I'm miserable and refusing to buy winter clothes at the size I'm at now..

I think we'll need a little more information.
Exactly what is "the same as before"?
How many calories is MFP telling you to eat every day? How are you validating your calorie counts for food or exercise?
What types of changes have you made in the past two weeks? Could water retention due to hormonal changes be disguising fat loss?1 -
I'm kind of in the same situation, it is frustrating, I workout 5days a week and run 5 miles 6 days out of the week, my calorie intake is 1500 and I still gained close to 2 pounds at last weeks weigh in. So let's work together and come up with a plan..1

I eat 1200 calories a day. I eat about 100g of protein, drink close to a gallon of water a day. MFP suggests 1400 calories which I would have to force myself to eat more because I definitely feel satisfied at 1200. I eat 3 meals and 2 high protein snacks. I do about 45mins of cardio a day and every other day I do weights.0

2wks ago is when I started real strict on the diet and exercise.0

Did you just start exercising again? That's usually a culprit for not losing weight. You'll see a drop in a week or two once your body gets used to it.
Just reread and yeah, it's the exercise since you just restarted. Give your body a while to get used to the shock of burpees and not burgers.1 -
I didn't even think about that.. That's definitely what it is.. thank you!!0
