Logging exercise

Options
I logged some exercises
(Squats, push ups, sit ups). But it's not showing any calories burned for this.
I added some dance cardio and that displayed calories burned...
Help!

Only cardio exercise adds back calories in MFP for some reason- I noticed that too.

Personally I prefer to set my daily calories a little higher (I use a TDEE calculator to determine maintenance calories based on my average lifestyle & exercise schedule, and subtract 500 for a deficit) and I do not enter exercise into MFP. That way I eat the same amount every day so it's easier to plan, plus the calories burned are usually over estimated anyhow so you run the risk of eating back too many calories if you do enter your exercise.

you can use the cardio option and select "calisthenics" and it will give you a number :)
