Warning....rant ahead!
Why are big men known as teddy bears but big women are known as fat!? I'm so tired of being single and lonely. When I meet a guy they almost always say...you're smile is beautiful but you're not what I'm looking for! I know I will find true love again someday!!!

To quote family guy " men cant be fat lois. Only fat women can be fat". No matter what you look like there will always be guys who think your hot . get comfy in your skin. That shows through when you talk to people. It sucks to be lonely.5

I agree with a poster above that said you need to be comfortable in your own skin. Confidence is attractive. If guys tell you you’re not what they’re looking for then those guys are not worthy of you. Don’t focus so much on “finding true love” let it find you. You have to love yourself first and foremost.0

Men won't like you just the way you are if YOU don't like you just the way you are. Confidence is key. Men can smell insecurity like a fart in a car.

from a man's point of view men tend to be quite shallow and superficial. It is the way of the world unfortunately but there are good men out there but they tend to be either shy or taken. Most good men are attracted to a nice smile and easy conversation. I makes them feel comfortable and allows them to open up and be natural rather than trying to impress or force conversation. Rather than meeting someone via a date maybe try meeting someone through the things you are interested in or through friend groups and get to know them a little first. Meeting cold can be very stressful and unatural; I think if you meet through a common source you are half way there. You have a lovely smile and kind eyes so i think the right man will see past any insecurities youhave about yourself and see you for who you are. Shallow men will always hurt you or anyone they come into contact with regarding relationships. Stay strong and be optimistic.2

This used to be me, by the way. Then I came here to MFP and lost a bunch of weight and now I'm meeting men all over the place and getting dates left & right.
We do live in a shallow world, so if you don't like where your weight is, you can always change it
