Sandwich? I have a firm belief that the concept of "breakfast food" is a total crock. If you like something savoury and carby for breakfast, feel free to grab something you'd usually have at lunch, or even leftovers from dinner. I rarely eat "breakfast food". I don't like it, it seems to focus a lot of the sweet.

Ohhh make yourself some savory muffins, like spinach and feta or ham and cheese. Carby and delicious!

Potatoes. Add some eggs and vegetables, maybe.

I'm the same, I don't like breakfast food, but i've lost my way trying to be all "adult" and eating breakfast foods lol!

Breakfast burrito - get some potatoes or black beans in there too if you want more carbs. Wrap, freeze, and microwave or heat in a toaster oven.

Ham & Cheese waffles - sprinkle shredded cheese and small strips of ham into your batter right after you put it in the press. These can be frozen and popped in the toaster for a fast breakfast.

Savory oatmeal - top with a soft boiled egg or two, some crumbled bacon, and cheese. Maybe some hot sauce. Or, herbs and a little cream cheese. You can make the oatmeal ahead of time, and just heat in the microwave. For more savory goodness, make it with chicken stock instead of water.

Rice with soft boiled egg and avocado - this is great room at room temperature too, so good for making ahead. Also, a little drizzle of soy sauce and sriracha or chili oil is a wonderful thing.

Breakfast bowls with homefries as the base. Usually freeze and microwave ok.

    Quiche

    Cold pizza :)
