7 1/2 years ago I started on Cambridge Diet and I did lose nearly 6 stone. Then I had a daughter in 2009 and tried and failed many many times on protein diets. Yes they made me lose lots of weight quickly but I soon got bored
Now I'm using this application again and eating a calorie controlled diet based upon weight watchers. I'm happy with counting my calories I feel that I can actually eat something and I'm enjoying it and it's been four days now. I know the road ahead is a long one I have about five stone to lose I'm calculating that if I lose one or 2 pounds a week I'm going to be very happy. I'm going to be 50 years old in March and I really do think this is the first time since I was in my early 20s then I'm doing a diet which is not harsh, allows me to have a little bit of energy and is going to actually bring back into normal healthy eating patterns which is something I haven't done for years
