What to order at a Ramen Bar/Calorie Estimates?

Hi! I need some help. I'm going out to dinner with my s/o and his friends tonight and they want to get ramen. I've never had ramen that wasn't homemade or instant, so I have no idea what the calorie counts should be like.
I was considering veggie ramen:
Spicy Vegetable Broth , Soy Sauce Seasoned Marinated Tofu , Wood Ear Mushroom , Nori, Corn, Bean sprout,Bamboo, Fried Garlic
Or if we go to the other place:
vegetable broth: mushroom, baby leaf, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage »served with THIN noodles
My question is, how many calories do you think I should allocate for either of these? Is there a better option I could be having?
Thanks in advance!

You could also calculate it as a recipe, and add some additional quick-add calories. They portions at the ramen restaurants near me are huge, so I try to pick higher calorie entries.0
