Hi All, I'm a soldier in the U.S. Army and one-half of a dual military couple (Hubby's in the Army too). I have three children and definitely noticed an increase in weight after my third child. At my heaviest (9 months pregnant) I was 210. I'm now down to 172 (lost a good portion of the weight after delivery and breastfeeding) and still pushing to be at least 152 or 32% body fat (not my standards, the Army's). I have to lose the weight because I'd hate to get put out of the Army for being overweight. I currently do the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 program and use Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones as my one main meal of the day (usually dinner). I do regular physical training early in the morning and then usually again at either lunch or in the evenings. I'm really excited to have discovered MyFitnessPal because it enables me to keep track of what I'm eating and factor in my daily exercise. I have it downloaded on my phone and as soon as I eat something I log it in.
