    Hubby and I baked a whole plain pumpkin today. Stuffed looks like a good idea too. :)

    Where do you live? I can't find pumpkins anymore that taste like anything, not even the ones that are meant for making pies with. We have been buying buttercup and hubbard squashes to use in place of pumpkins for everything except decorating.

    My sister bakes vegetable stew inside a pumpkin for Halloween dinner. The flesh of the pumpkin mixes in with the soup and it is delicious.
