Out with the old, in with the new!

Hey everyone, just doing a quick intro on myself. I'm not new to MFP, in fact I originally joined over a year ago. But I only stuck with it off and on, didn't keep track of EVERYTHING, hardly ever worked out, etc.
This time it's different. I track EVERYTHING I do, I exercise EVERY day (whether is walking or actually doing heavy cardio). I take my food much more seriously and make all my own meals (I can't have gluten or dairy so prepackaged food is almost out of the question). I'm 32 years old and am now my heaviest at 220 pounds. My goal is to lose 75 pounds, but more important than the number on the scale I need to decrease my waist line, decrease my BMI and increase my stamina and energy. At the end of the day healthy is my goal, not some unattainable # on a scale. Best of luck to you on your journeys, I'm sure you'll be seeing me around quite often :)
