This is my last try before gastric sleeve becomes the answer. I need to lose over 100lbs. All of the friends, support, and encouragement I can get is appreciated!

Be patient with your body and go with the flow of the scale. Just stay focused on the goal.
And remember it's not a sprint it's a marathon. Slow and steady will win the race.
