Hi my name is Marymist18 my story is a bit different I used to be really skinny, under weight even. Then when I hit puberty I gained lots of weight in my thighs. I didn't really have a problem with it because I had great self confidence. But now that I've gained 10kg I can see that I didn't look after my body and I have a really bad binge eating habbit! I want to loose the 10kg as my doctor recommended I should be a 73kg and I'm currently 80kg (I want to loose a little over the reccomended level) I need to do this for my self. I need to learn to love my body again.
