Hi MFP!
I'll start by telling you what my current stats are and then where I'd like to be; And then ask you all what would be the best route to achieve this.
I am 6' 1" - 185 lbs - 15% BF - Currently (Down from 330+ lbs a couple years ago)
I'd like to get to approximately 190 lbs and 10% BF.
I am currently doing SL 5x5 to maintain some muscle while losing weight, and I play basketball 6 days a week.
So, my question is:
Should I drop another 10-15 pounds and however much BF%, then start to bulk.... Or, should I start to bulk now and then try to cut weight after?
Don't know if this makes sense, or if you need any additional information. I appreciate any feedback and any help!
Thanks!
