:indifferent: :indifferent: Hi, guys.
This Friday my man and I are going to go grab some protein powder and the like.
Neither of us have ever bought any stuff like that. I want to get him gluten free stuff because he has a slow stomach. I don't know what will be a good start for either of us.
Do you guys use protein bars or shakes more often?
Do you ever exercise then substitute a meal with a protein smoothie right after?
Do they work differently for men and women?
Thanks!

If you mean your man wants a protein powder easier to digest, I would suggest whey protein because it is easier to digest and is gluten free as well. I don't see how how protein powders work differently between men and women.0

Alright, we'll look to that kind, then. I've trying to do research but there's so many, lol.
And ok, I didn't think they did, but when you're ignorant you've gotta ask to learn... thanks!0 -

FWIW, I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard.
I've tried lots of different brands and ON has been a great choice for the last few years.

Alright, I've noticed that that's a super popular one. I think I'll tell him about it.
If anyone wants to add their favorite smoothie/shake recipes I won't mind, lol!0 -
Ultra peptide 2.0.
It's taste is out of this world!
It's got a great casein mix and EFAs.
