On a path to better self

Hi everyone,
I'm not so new here in a sense that I've been using MFP for a few years now (on and off). I'm almost 40 years old and from Finland. I've started to workout about 3-4 years ago and at first it was just doing something without really knowing what. After a year or so, I started working out according to bodybuilding.com programs and managed to lose quite a lot of body fat (about 20kg). Since then I've been working out with more focused mind and this year I bought an online training from a pro bodybuilder. But then the problems began. I've not been doing the progress I expected so now I've started to implement my own program. Well, not exactly but heavily customized program and so far it has been working out like a charm. I've been losing fat and maintaining my muscle so let's see how far my own knowledge takes me.
I'm not all about fitness and I like to go out with friends every once in a while, but I always try to get back on track after so my overall goals doesn't get hurt too much.
Looking forward to get to know you all and maybe even trying to find the better self with you. It's not always so easy when you don't have anyone to share your struggle (or success).
If someone is interested, my current weight is about 92kg with body fat percentage of 24-25%.
