this is the concept , if you would like to try it please record your success
please take 2 weeks and follow the guidelines
each 100 calories = 1 hr so if you have a 100 calorie snack you should eat after 1 hr.
at 100 calories and hour if you are awake for 16 hrs this would give you 1600 cal a day allowance
you can eat up to 400 calories each meal , you should eat at least 100 calories upon waking up.
and the calories which you eat your last meal should be finished before bedtime
so if you have dinner at 7pm and its 400 calories your bedtime should be 11pm.
after workouts are the same as waking up , you should eat 1 hr after workouts as well. 100 calories should be the min meal after the workout. coffee , water and tea should be consumed between meals. if you have questions please feel free to post. you can post your results or progress. I have had success following this concept , I am sure you will as well! if you feel that 1600 calories is too many calories a day to eat for you , please divide your calories accordingly.
so if your calorie allowance is 1400 cal /day that would be 87.5 cal an hour
if you are on a 2400 cal/day this would work out to be 150 cal/hr for a 16 hr day.
