For weight loss!!!

;) howdy everyone, I joined MFP for help with my weight loss. So far I have lost 30lbs but I seem to have hit a plateau. I invite YOU to be my guidance and support, as you know we all could use a lil advice. B)

    Plateaus are rough, usually when I hit one, I mix up both my workout routine and my diet for a short period of time. So if you are just using a calorie deficit, maybe when you hit a plateau, throw in a few low carb days with some HIT cardio to confuse your metabolism. Then once you make some progress again go back to your previous diet.
    I also make sure that I am always making progress in my workouts or making them challenging, so I don't become accustomed to doing the same thing every day, so maybe add an extra set, increase lifting weight, add on another 5-10 minutes of cardio, try different exercises.

    Plateaus are tough to overcome. To date I've lost over 125 lbs and hit several plateaus along the way. Happy to help in any way I can.
