Lose it for the Long Term

Over the years I have lost enough weigh to double my present weight and then some. However after coming close to my goal, it comes back (and brings friends). I am getting tired of this and would like encouragement/support to make this a long term plan. Fad diets, soy, kelp and kale are not on my diet period. Any ideas for real people who struggled with weight for years?

It seems you're already on you of it. Just DON'T GIVE UP!!! I talk to myself everyday. I believe it's up to me. If I gain weight, and don't like it, it's up to me to get rid of it! Drink more water to help get rid of toxins. Remain aware of what you are ABOUT to eat so you don't kick yourself later! It is a life changing situation, but...WE ARE IN CHARGE!!! Stay with it'0
