Looking to expand my fitness family to help me stay accountable

Hey Errybody - My name is Joe. I'm from Denver. I married a girl who's way better than I deserve. I have a 1.5 year old daughter and a 4 day old son.
I'd really like this to be my last 'start' on my nutrition. So I'm humbly looking for your support. Please add me! I'll do my best to 10x the support I get back out to the universe.
I'm pretty active. I love the kinetic meditation that comes with weight training for me. I do a fair amount of obstacle course races (finished my 10th Tough Mudder in September). I enjoy low intensity, steady state jogging with my pups too.
My nutrition (and therefore my physique) are nowhere near where I'd like them to be. I mostly eat like crap. I have some insulin resistance, and a low carb, high fat lifestyle has generally been my best form of weight loss... If only I could stick with it. That said - I've experienced some level of success with just about every method of caloric restriction - so I love hearing about different plans that work for different peoples' situations.
A few years ago, I was about 50 lbs heavier than I am now, but I've established a normal stasis around +/- 5 lbs from where I'm at now. I'm ready to kick the rest of this garbage weight and get down to a healthier, more aesthetically pleasing version of myself.

Welcome! FR sent!
I've just started the Keto diet with great success so far. I have tried calorie deficit before and I often would fall off the wagon due to being hungrier more often. I've noticed now with the low carb and high fat my energy levels have risen and as I start to adapt to the diet I am not as hungry, and when I am, the snack options I have help keep hunger down while remaining within my macros.
I have always battled with weight back in high school. Got in great shape when I got into law enforcement, but now shift work, stress and poor eating has allowed the weight to sneak back up. Keto has been very beneficial to staying on track with my schedule.
