Lifting help

I want to go back to the gym. There are so many theories out there. Lift heavy. Muscle failure, lift light loads of reps...dead weight, machines. Aerobics, treadmill...my head swims...HELP.......GO!

    It depends what your goals are. I warm up by doing something cardio for 10 minutes, then I usually use the machines since the benches are always taken. I try to do 5 sets and 5 reps as heavy as I can.

    So by the end of the five sets are you at muscle failure?

    The 5th is difficult but not at failure.

    ask to: work-In (?)

    you're pretty; guys will accommodate your every whim, especially when it comes to weight training

    Lift Heavy
    HIIT (run fast)

    and most importantly.....

    Eat Clean
