Simple foods are easiest to buy, cook, and count calories. A meat and a veggie (or pair of veggies) for dinner, maybe a salad with grilled chicken, chicken salad, tuna salad for lunch. If you're looking to lose 10lbs by eh, mid December, set your MFP to 1.5 a week and eat at the given deficit....you can do it!1
