Leftovers. I made a low carb stuffed mini portobella mushroom for dinner, ate one for breakfast a couple days later. Was so good for breakfast! Plus, grab and go. Just had to nuke it.
Chia pudding made with coconut milk was a good one too. Also can just make ahead, grab and go.0 -
This morning I had 1 egg with a slice of ham topped with some homemade guacamole in a sandwich. It did have an egg, but it wasn't a boiled egg.0
