Please help!! I just completed a 29 day master cleanse and lost 30 lbs. Now I'm eating raw vegan for a while but need some recipes that don't require oil or a dehydrator. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm no vegan but canned tomatoes are always a good base for sauces. You can spice them up or down and add them to any vegetabe. Harrisa is a nice hot spice to add. One pot wonders are great. Chunky vegetables can cook in the sauce. No oils required and tofu and suchlike can be added for your protein.
Husband made the most delicious chickpea curry a cpl of weeks ago. Very filling and can be frozen if made in a large batch. Look at Moroccan recipes and remove oils and meat.... Good flavours is what you need.... Maybe ? :)

Would this idea be of any use.. just seen it on another posting. Will leave you to it now as I'm probably the worst person to comment lol

My homemade v1.0 of the chipotle burrito bowl - tons of chopped greens, corn, black beans, pinto beans, avocado, squeezed lime, fresh pico and cheesy red pepper sauce

Beans must be cooked because of toxins!
