Workout schedule.

I'm just starting to workout after having my second baby. I want to do a fitness schedule and am wondering where to start. I would love to do weight lifting but it's impossible for me to get to a gym. Are there effective home workouts? I wanted to do a mix of cardio ( running) and strength training (Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30). Some days I may have the energy to do both does it matter which I do first ( cardio vs. strength training)? And how much of each? Thanks!
