1can pure pumpkin, I box spice cake mix, just a little water (couple tbsp's), mix well and put in loaf pan or muffin tin. Sprinkle a few choc chips and chopped pecans on top. Bake according to cake mix instructions. Very yummy and moist! For 12 muffins, it's about 150 cal each.1

Really not TOO bad calorie wise and it's really tasty (I use 1.5 cup of 1% milk instead of evaporated milk and cook it longer).
I really want to try Skinnytaste's hazelnut pumpkin clafouti but finding reasonably priced hazelnuts is a pain.0
