This time last time - I will post my weekly progress here & have committed it has to be progress and getting serious about winning. will take one habit and change it .....

My yo yo diet history -
* Summary of last 13 years :

1. Gained 96 kg (15 stone) in last 13 years
So Total weight (96 + 52) = 148 kg (23 stone)

2. Lost 66 kg (10 stone) in last 13 years
3.
so 148 kg (23 stone) - 66 kg (10 stone) = 82 kg (13 stone) current weight

4. Total lose = 82 kg (13 stone) - 30 kg (4.7 stone) = 52 kg (8.3 stone)

My choice:
To loose 24 kg (3.7 stone) in 1 year for ever .i.e 2 kg or 4.4 lb/month

    Sounds like it's time to quit refined sugar. I used to be a sugar addict (I still am, it never really goes away). Not sure if you drink at all, but if so alcohol will also do you no favors with weight loss goals. I had to cut it out completely for now.

    I hope you reach your goal this time. I think a focus on good health not just your weight can be a helpful approach.
