I take a flat out bread. .use the entire thing or cut it half (100 for whole) spread my hydrated peanut butter powder on there (35 calories one tablespoon) and add a half of less of sliced bananas ...roll it up and eat it before my workouts. very delicious and sustains me during my cardio and weightlifting,

Do you mean soft like you can't chew at all because you've just had dental surgery or something like that? That's what I assumed you meant, but a lot of the suggestions you're getting don't seem to fit the bill. Maybe you could clarify if it's "soft" in some other sense/context?

Anyway, if it's a short-term, recovery situation, I wouldn't over-worry about the "healthy" aspect, but just focus on getting down enough calories and hydration to aid in recovery.

I'd focus on liquid and semi-liquid calories (but no straws, if you're recovering from oral surgery): milk, juice, smoothies, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, soups (any that don't have large chunks that need to be chewed), milkshakes, hummus, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, pureed veggies, thin cooked cereal (things like wheat and rice farinas that are in smaller bits that oatmeal are probably better), etc. And in a pinch, you can puree just about anything in a blender, although some things may not be appetizing to you after that. Baby food.

I like blackberries for a snack and I like mixing coffee flavored Greek yogurt with chocolate whey to make a yummy mocha pudding.

I don't see silken tofu on anyone's list. Makers sweeten it like a pudding dessert.
