Yep! I add 400 calories a day personally because I breastfeed my two older children, one is 11 months who nurses 8 times a day and the other is 2.5 who only nurses about twice a day. I've read that breastmilk is about 20 calories per ounce that you produce so I estimated how many ounces I produce a day (I pump so I'm pretty aware) and multiplied by 20. I add that in as "exercise" to take it off my calories for the day. Good luck!0
