Sweatshop run club

Hi.
Has anyone got any experience of going out with the Sweatshops run club? I've been doing lots of cardiovascular recently although the not treadmill. Thinking of trying a run club but not sure if it will be a bit "heavy" for a newbie like me.
Would be keen to know if anyone else has experience of them?

It can very much depends on what branch your looking at. Give it a try and see how they are with you, or give them a call and ask about how they'll coach new runners.
Ideally they should have multiple pace groups.
I have no specific experience of Sweatshop. As they're owned by SportsDirect I don't patronise the brand. I do see the group's in London though and they seem pretty well organised.0
