Recommendations for scales

I have 2 pairs of scales - one mechanical and one digital -and never seem to get a consistent reading from either of them (I'm talking a difference of 2 kgs within about 30 minutes ) I know as long as it shows a gain, the actual reading doesn't matter but there is no consistency at all. Can anyone recommend a particular brand?

I bought a digital health o meter scale from Walmart and it's much more consistent than others I've had. Only cost $30 too.

Thank you. I should have said, I'm in the UK! But think Asda sells Walmart stuff
