I have been on here on and off for a few years. I am at a point that I am ready to make this a life changer. I need to be healthy not only for physical reasons for my mental health. I have gone through several life changing events and have been now fighting off seasonal depression. What a way to get through the colder season then to have a goal. I am starting about 195 and hope to get to a healthy weight of between 140-150. I am a 42 year old female. Most of my friends have moved off so I would also love to make some new friends to cheer each other on in our goals. Please reach out and lets do this!
