Life time yoyo'er

Hi all,

I have spent the majority of my life exercising and dieting. I had always maintained a fit body. During my first and only pregnancy I gained 80pds and have been struggling to lose it ever since. I tried the berstein diet and I am sure that is what has caused all the problems I am now facing, I lost all the weight but could not keep it off, because it's basically a starvation diet.

So now I have 60pds to lose, with no metabolism. I know it is going to be a long road and staying motivate is my hardest challenge.

I am currently in a 10 weeks fitness challenge, I know it will take longer than that.
