How do you motivate yourself to get started?

I do great when I get going, and i love getting my exercise out if the way early in the morning. It's nice to have that success at 6:00 AM, makes the rest of the day more fun. But when it comes to getting out of bed, the motivation part of my brain seems to sleep till 9:00 - and by that time, I can barely mange to shower & get out the door. I know the reality is that I just have o do it when I don't feel like it, but I'm hoping there is stuff I gaven't tried that's worked for other people.

What's worked for you to get started?

    So working out at the end of the day is out? I'd love to get up early and work out but the reality is... I simply like sleep more and the bed is oober comfy. So, I just work out in the evening instead.

    Everyone is different so you have to find what works best for YOU. For me exercising before work is best because sometimes I work long hours.

    The only exercise I do in the morning is walking as part of my commute to work.
