    Been a rough week for me calorie wise as I have been out of town most of the week and have had to eat out for every meal...didn't lose but didn't gain...this week I'm going to have to hit it hard and strict...thankful for the extra support, accountability, and motivation...here's to a week of awesome results! And kudos to those who have posted losses so far!!!!

    Can I join? I think I need to lose a bit more and I'm looking for some motivation. A stone might be ambitious for me (I'm older, shorter, etc.), but it would give me something to aim for. I'll have to work out how to find the thread again - thanks for the tip about the star!
