Hi everyone! My name is Bianca, I live in Texas. I just recently found out that I am a type 1 diabetic. I have started using insulin and as a result I've gained some weight. I really want to get in shape and try to be as healthy as I can. I love to hear advice and diet/ workout tips from people. I would love some support and motivation from others. Feel free to add me.

Hey everyone my name is Krystal. Well I have struggle years of my childhood time being the definition for fat. I lost up to 27 pounds over the yrs. But it's still isn't enough. so my goal is 11.6 pounds more so i can't feel comfortable for myself. Feel free to add me to help me achieve my goal.0

Hey folks!! I am a new member here... I have been trying to find ways to motivate myself into excercising more... ever since I was diagnosed with MS (diagnosed Feb. 1 2010) I have gradually become more and more depressed I have gained 60lbs since last March (2012)... I feel how out of shape I am... I find it hard to do things when I feel sick all the time.. the things that plague me the most is fatigue and vertigo... it makes it very difficult to want to do any kind of exercise and to be quite honest I haven't exercised much at all in the last 2 years.. I am very ashamed to say it but it is true. I honestly don't want to give up the food I love as I love baking and cooking.... so I hope that I can find some friends on here to help motivate me a bit more and help me when I need help.. thank you0

Not particularly new to the site, actually first signed up well over 12 months ago. Live in Lancashire, UK, recently joined Slimming World and increased the time spent at the gym.
Started at 224lbs 3 weeks ago, currently on 217lbs next SW weigh in is on Weds.
Fed up of being overweight and unfit!0 -

I am from the UK also, and I too have been to Slimming World (which was great), also been to Weight Wathcers and Rosemary Conley, actually I think I have done most diets lol
I gave up smoking 3 months ago and have now decided to get fit and healthy, I go to the gym in the mornings when I can and walk most lunch times.
Please anyone feel free to add me, this site is great fro motivation and inspiration.
