I need advice !! 60 min a day of stair stepper as well as weights under calorie goal daily but loosing like a snail

    Well, what is your TDEE [total daily energy expenditure, you can google ways to find it out], what is your daily calorie goal, etc? Height/weight?

    While it may be frustrating, please remember - at least you are still losing, and you are still succeeding.

    You're losing a pound every 4.6 days. That's more than a pound a week. That's excellent, safe, sensible progress. Good for you!

    Don't expect to just drop weight like crazy, you didn't gain it in a massive rush, you shouldn't aim to lose it that way.
