adjust macronutrients to customize grams

How do you change macronutrients to customized grams? Is the only way to upgrade to premium? Everytime I try and change them, a gold key comes up saying I have to upgrade. Thanks in advance.

    Yes, that is a Premium feature only. Basic users can only change their ratios in 5% increments.

    You can adjust them in goals menu, calories & macronutrients - there you can set your calories and adjust your macros percentages. You might not be able to get the EXACT numbers you want without upgrading, but you can get pretty close using that. As you adjust the percentages you can see what the grams come out to.
