50lb Intial goal 75 long term goal

Hey all I'm Thomas,

I started using MFP about 3-4 years ago in college to help keep track of the horrible things I was eating on campus. After graduation, I took the site more serious and made a goal to lose some of the Freshman-Senior 60 that I gained. I ended up losing that during my first year of post-graduation and graduate school, but I didn't maintain the lost and ended up gaining 40 of it back. So Now I'm back to working hard on eating goals and eating healthier to get back to that initial goal and then take it a step further this time for the long term, though.

I'm located in the Delaware county area just outside of West Philadelphia. I work and workout in Philadelphia so if you're ever looking for a workout partner than PLEASE PLEASE let me know. I think the biggest aid to fitness and health goals is a partner or group of people to rely on each other and keep each other motivated.
