Panda now allows 3 difference sizes if you order a la carte. I am trying to find out what the Medium box has as far as ounces? So far I believe the smallest box is the standard 5.4 (5 ounce standard entree portion).
For example, broccoli beef is 150 cal for 5.4 ounces.. so I can usually have 2. I want to know if I can start ordering the Medium size and have it be exactly 300 cal?
Their nutrition calculator unfortunately assumes you are ordering a small portion for all entrees.

I wouldn't trust it. Every employee packs it differently and sometimes you get the last bit with all the extra sauce and that could bring it up.
I usually take mine home, add it to a plate and weigh it. If I get the 2 entree meal with a side (rice or noodles), I usually fit half of it into my dinner cals (around 600-700) for the night and save the rest for lunch or the next day.2
