I am super excited to share that I am finally put of the 200's!

I've lost 46 pounds bringing me to 199 and I never want to see the 2 hundreds again!

I've also went down 4 pant sizes from a 18W to a 14 woo!

Technically I have been trying to lose weight for yeeeears. Then in May I was diagnosed with Polycystic Overy Syndrome with insulin resistance (not diabetic) which is basically a condition I was born with and won't ever go away. I was put on Metformin for the insulin resistance and a low carb diet. At first I lost about 25 pounds but then I went to Scotland for 2 weeks and gained it all back though a lot of it I think was water weight because I was sooo swollen from all the walking. I would say about 4 and half month or so. Averaging about 2 pounds a week with the low carb diet and exercise. It'd been really hard. I've tried to lose weight since I was 11...im now 23.

Great job! I also have PCOS and I follow a LCHF diet to some extent. The only thing that seems to work is a diet lower in sugar and carbs. Keep up the good work!:)

Thank you! The first pic I was in Scotland so I was pretty happy but the second pic was after a pretty intense work out and I was really proud of it. Feeling strong and happy I guess! Thank you!

I've noticed that! I shared a picture on Facebook and nobody knew it was me... Even my parents were saying it looked nothing like me. It's really crazy. I don't see the change until I do side by side photos like this. I can't wait to see what I look like when I hit goal!
