Anyone know how to gain weight with high cholesterol? Any recommendations?

    I don't ever want to read anything like this again. Cholesterol won't affect your weight however many foods that have "high" cholesterol are essential to making gains (eggs, red meat, etc).

    I'm guessing the op meant ,I have high cholesterol. How do I gain weight on a low cholesterol diet? Maybe the op needs to clarify ?
