Body Image in Dufferent Cultures and Countries

Hi, I've been using MFP for a long time now and found some great support and inspiration from the community forums. Recently, I've been given an assignment for my Spanish class to see how Spanish speakers in my community identify themselves. I'm not a very social person, but I've always felt a sense of community with MFP users and so I want to pose my question to anyone reading this: How do speakers of Spanish in the community self-identify themselves? That's the specific question from the class but I want to extend it to anyone who wants to talk about how they self identify and what it means to them.
