Need to lose 30.8 lbs Help!!

Hi! I am 42yrs old. Have 5 months to lose 30.8 lbs to lose in 5 months. Need motivation! I work out 6 days a week, 3 days MMA and 3 days Pt for the last one month. I see no changes in the last month. Yes I need time. Hope to see changes going forward! Food: I try and stay within the calorie limit of 1200 per day and have have logged in MPF for the last 2 months.

If you aren't losing weight, you are eating too much. Weigh your food with a scale, and just make sure you have a deficit.0
