I'm having a bit of a dilemma ladies and wondered if any you guys could offer me any advice. I've lost 1.5 almost 2 stones following Slimming World, however I got really bored of overindulging in fruit and muller light yoghurt

Sorry guys I mean the whole thing, I work out 4-5 times a week, and I'm logging everything I eat, even if it's not a healthy choice, but the scale hasn't moved in 6 weeks, it's stayed exactly the same, so I'm wondering if there's something I can do to change that, or whether that's par for the course after starting to exercise after so long not, I'm sorry if I'm confusing the issue further, I'm currently 12st 6lbs and have opted to lose 1lb a week x

I've opened my diary and I'm not sure if I should be doing anything other than weighing, measuring or scanning items in order to measure my calories?

OP, the link that @queenliz99 provided is something you need to read about.. I see many things in your diary that need work. You are following the MFP method + exercise calories very well.

Just the entries in your diary need work. You can very well be eating much more (or even less) on some entries. I wrote out a whole list of things, but I think the link will provide you with enough information for you to follow on how to's to get your diary much more accurate.

eta: I will provide this link as well (from the stickies at beginning of forums.."I Like Old Posts I Cannot Lie"

You're logging needs tightening up, you've got lots of things measured in cups and things like bananas and eggs you're logging as '1 small' etc instead of the actual weight. Do you have feed scales?
And there seem to be blanks in your diary - what happened on Saturday? you've got one meal logged at 1000 quick add calories. Was that a cheat day?

Thank you no it wasn't a cheat day, I went for a Chinese buffet for my sisters birthday and had a couple of small plates but I couldn't work out how to log it accurately so I just guessed.
I do have food scales, I'll definitely be more vigilant in using them. I didn't think there would be much difference in bananas etc but I'll pay more attention in future, thank you x

@RoxieDawn Thank you so much for that link, that has helped me understand that I'm not logging accurately, I will try and get better accuracy by using scales too, thanks so much x
