New and looking for friends

Hi all. .. I have been trying to eat mindfully on my own but I have found this rather tricky especially if I am too busy, irritated ortired. so now I'm looking to count my way to a slimmer me and would really love some friends to count along with. I have roughly 20 pounds to lose but I'm happy to share in anyone's journey. I will live each day more mindful than the last and look forward to new me by the new year.     Hiya, and me please! I joined weight watchers 2 years ago and lost 9 lbs and then put it back on and then some!! Now I've started my fitness pal and could also do with support and motivation!!
