Okay, so the title kinda sums it up. I'm looking to expand my MFP friends circle. I'm doing keto which is a type of low carb high fat diet sort of like Atkins. Add me :)

    Hi, I'm similar, looking to expand friends also on a diet that is cutting the carbs. The book i am following is The Blood Sugar Level Diet.
