I am back!!!

I took a bit of a break a while back. But I am now back at it and more egar than ever. I had my gall bladder removed and I have stopped taking garcinia. Im doing better without it anyway. I have since started to closely watch what I eat and excercise a little more each day. Baby steps. No pork, nothing fried (slipped up today but not horribly) no butter, beef occasionally.. (but only less fatty cuts in moderation), NO SUGAR. ive been leaning more towards a more plant based diet with a little chicken, turkey, or seafood here and there. The reason for my sudden interest in making healthy changes and sticking with them is because now not only is my health in jeopardy but my fiance and father of my children needs more motivation. He recently went to the dr for the first time in years and it was revealed that the left ventricle of his heart is not working as well as it should and he has developed high blood pressure, I myself have not come to that point and I dont want to. I understand that these problems are reversible with exercise, proper diet, and weight management. He is very stubborn.. like most men, he tries to justify each and every "slip up"... which are now becoming everyday issues.. I just want to show him that if I can do it he can do it too. He also told me he is aware that men usually lose weight faster and he doesnt want to pass me up! Lol. So he has agreed that once I get under 260 to join me on this journey. I love him. I cant imagine losing him so young or our children losing either one of us. I just want him to understand we have to do this for ourselves and our family.
